JAY N. ROBINSON

Experience: Mr. Robinson has successfully litigated numerous cases of all types to jury verdict in state and federal court, including professional liability, medical negligence, personal injury, and breach of contract. Mr. Robinson has successfully defended clients in complex, high exposure lawsuits. Additionally, Mr. Robinson represents professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters.

Recognitions: Mr. Robinson was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2017-2022). In 2016, Mr. Robinson was elected to his first term on the Fairhope City Council, where he currently serves as Council President.

Mr. Robinson joined the firm in 2007. Prior to his arrival at Frazer Greene, Mr. Robinson served a year as the law clerk to the Honorable Charles A. Graddick, Presiding Circuit Court Judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit. During law school, Mr. Robinson was elected by his peers to serve as a member of Cumberland’s Honor Court.

Personal: Mr. Robinson is a native of Mobile, Alabama. He currently resides in Fairhope, Alabama with his wife Alex and their four children, Jay Nicklos, Parks, Greer, and Alexandra. Jay is active in his community. In addition to being a member of the Fairhope City Council, he is a member of the Fairhope United Methodist Church, Board Member for Fairhope Youth Baseball, Board Member for the Fairhope Recreation Board and Liaison to the Fairhope Historic Preservation Committee.
